You will be personally seen by Daniel T. Rubino, MD FAAIPM. Dr. Rubino successfully completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehab at Temple University in Philadelphia after an internship in Anesthesiology at Case Western University hospital in Cleveland. He is also a credentialed Fellow in the American Academy of Integrated Pain Management.

Meet qualifications for chronic pain treatment
Before your first visit, you will need to have your doctor fax us the last 3 to 6 months progress notes along with as many diagnostic read outs or discs you may have. We also require a list of medications you are taking at present. You will need to have already been diagnosed with a chronic pain condition.

Dr. Rubino 's sub specialty is with the Academy of Behavioral Medicine and has extensive experience with the psychological aspect of chronic pain and how to treat it. Dr. Rubino's residency in Physical Medicine and Rehab was done at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia which has given him extensive knowledge of musculoskeletal and neurological aspects of pain.
